These people set up a payment arrangement with me over the phone last Sa****ay. I have been out of work for 4 months. They told me the payment arrangement would stop the harassing calls and bring me current in two weeks.I made the payment and now, 6 days later, the calls have s****ed a***n and they are telling me that they have no record of my payment arrangement to make the rest of the payment next Sa****ay. All of this on top of the fact that they keep calling and not even saying anything. I had to *69 and then find out who they were and call them back.

Called about 3 times on/23/09 the worst was the call i received on 7/24/09 that came in at 4:AM . This had me thinking that so****ing was wrong because no one calls me this early . When I answered the phone all I heard was a sound of humming coming through the line ;it too short burst and it was loud .

They have been calling for over a week, everyday up to 20 times a day. I finally called back and was asked to give my account number or social to pull up my account. This phone number repeatedly calls my new cell phone. When answered, they never speak, just breathe on the line. They never leave a message and the calls occur constantly. It is very annoying. I plan on calling Chase to verify if this is from the bank and to attempt to put an end to the harassment.

The caller is from Chase Bank it there department for pepole who have not paid there cread cards. Yes I got a call at 6:30 am as they thought it was 8:30 not like I care as 8:30 is still to early but, I told the guy that I was slepping and not to call me a***n at that time I also told him that I had sent in a pament and he said he would make a note of it. Well check your computer. LOLThe best thing to do is pick up the phone and talk to them.

They are claiming to be Chase banks, however multiple sites have reported this as a scam number. They call me at least 7 times a day without leaving a message, and I did pick up a few times and asked them to remove my number from their list and yet they still call. When I told them my account is closed, they insist I must have a balance for them to collect (which I don't). Obviously don't give out any information to them. I am also going to call Chase directly...
