Caller ID=Cell Phone, Caller id'd self as "Illinois Council of Police" Said they are a "fundraising organization"..... NOT TRUE -- The IL Council of Police is a UNION ... So either the union is misrepresenting themselves OR someone is masquarading as a fund raiser. Either way, DO NOT TALK to THESE PEOPLE --NOR -- do not donate. Even if it a legit union, to misrepresent themselves is bad enough.... If you have registered as a do not call number.... report them to the FTC asap ....
