Hopefully we can all make enough calls and reports to get these people to stop bugging us!

Robo call asking you to press one to speak to a live person about lowering your credit card interest rates. I played her along till we got to the part where she wanted my card numbers. I asked if she thought I had "****ed Idiot" tattooed on my forehead. She ***g up. Spammer/Con artist for sure.
