The only reason reliance telephone will have your number is because an inmate is trying to get a hold of you. They are from around the MN area, and they service most jails here. If you do not want to take a collect call from the inmate, stay on the phone and let them know so that inmate cannot reach you at this number.

In one day alone i received calls from 218-773-2259 twelve (12) times-sometimes just minutes apart beginning in the early am and some late in the evening-I screen my calls so i did not answer any of them. How does one block or stop this kind of thing?
