I called the number after I c****ed my number from that and the guy answered the phone and said he was me

This number randomly texted me asking “who dis?” I explained I didn’t know their number and didn’t like giving personal information out, including my name to a stranger. This person then began harassing me about how I keep calling and texting them. I honestly have absolutely no idea who they are. Just trying to live calm and relaxing retirement years. I told them to contact their cell company if they were being spammed by a number that was mine and I called mine to see what was going on.
