These are scammers that have bought a "block" of numbers and are trying to collect money illegally, possibly to fund ********* activities in the U.S. 3-17-2014, 216-278-0041, These s***bags have NOT been shut down by any means, this tells me that the CORRUPT in Washington ARE allowing them to continue as long as the CAMPAIGN CONTRIBUTIONS keep rolling in. FIRE ALL CORRUPT POLITICIANS NOW!!!
