I was having problems and delays getting my Medicare part B put through and he called me with a name and number that zipped my application through. His knowledge of Medicare & benefits helped us tremendously in choosing our coverage. Personally, I felt he was always working on our behalf trying to make sure we understood the different plans that are available & what might be best for us. More recently though, he was instrumental in having many of the (questionable) fees from Fifth Third Bank returned to my Mom. The bank had been charging fees for anything and everything, causing my Mom's account to be continuously "in the hole". My Mom is 81 years old and should never have had to deal with this! Working closely with the senior population myself, this did even more than "hit home". I am so thankful to have Adam looking out for us! REPLY Sherold 11/07/2015 15:30 I have known Adam for many years but never did any business with him till about 4 or 5 years ago when my wife and I purchased an Annuities from Adam. He was very helpful and took a lot of time with us explaining how these products work. I was surprised that he only explained the product we did not feel like we where being sold but just educated. Since then My wife and I have purchased more Annuities from Adam. I have been converted from a person who would only buy a bank CD to an Annuity person. I like working with Adam, I am now very comfortable with Annuities. I would urge people to at least talk with Adam, he is no pressure and makes you feel very comfortable. In conclusion I want to provide the 3 reasons why I am comfortable with Annuities. 1) The rate of return is much higher then the bank was offering. 2) I was reluctant to leave the bank CDs but I now understand about the very high amount of reserves insurance companies must keep on hand and the fact that they are also insured by the state. 3) I am very pleased with the service Adam has provided it is much more personal then the bank, he is always available to talk with me and eager to answer any questions or concern. I ended up signing a contract that was not explained to me clearly, and not being very knowledgeable in the field of retirement accounts, l I did not catch the differences in what he explained and what I actually signed up for. This was quite a bit of money that was now invested in an account I did not want , there were hidden fees and it would in no way yield the results I was desiring. Fortunately I was referred to Adam W Randell ! This man went way above and beyond and with his help I was able to cancel my contract with no penalties. He led me to the right people that could****ist me and explained everything so that I could easily understand the process. Because of the loyalty and tenacity he displayed , I decided to work with him on my retirement account , and I am so glad that I did. Adam was able to get me into an account that is working very well for me, and because of him I believe my retirement will be much more comfortable.
