Asks information about the Peco bill. Even after I told them I am not authorized to give that information nor do I handle those bills, they kept asking. Said that they will lower the rates and give a rebate. Then the "supervisor" gets on the phone because the first girl was new. Same story.

They keep calling and do not leave messages. The one time I answered, there was a very pushy, fast-talking woman insisting on talking to the person in charge and had to talk to them "today" about the rebate. I ***g up on her after she asked me if I was alone. Why would a legitimate company need to ask if someone is alone? They wouldn't.

I get a call from this group about once a month- they ask for the same person, David, each time. When I tell them they have the wrong number, they launch into a request for donation from a variety of organizations.They usually say the names so fast that you just hear the keywords "****** Cancer" or "Veterans" however, I get the feeling this is all the same scam effort.

They begin with a message about lowering your interest rate, and that it is about ready to expire. I get all credit card specific notices via email or postal mail directly from my creditors. Credit card companies will NEVER call you to offer you a lower rate.
