The call comes in which I do not answer as 786-828-5593. Then a voice mail is left 1 minute with a CID that shows 215-200-9028. It was a very bad taped message with half the message, "to avoid legal consequences call 786-828-5593." Yeah, I would definitely say it was a scam call.
