Robocall claiming they are debt collectors. If they are legitimate then a letter would have been sent to current address. Robocalls have been received from different phone numbers with different area codes claiming to be CMRE Financial Services

They offered a loan modification, but stated that I needed to pay escrow fees and that they couldn’t provide modification details until the payment posted in 2-3 days. They had no specific information about my account when I asked them for it so I knew it was a scam. Be careful because the # on my caller ID was the real PHH mortgage #, but when I questioned that he provided me with this 214#
