I am also a Realtor and received this lead through Realtor.com. He stated he had a $3M+/- budget and looking for homes in Dover, NH. I emailed Steve Alves at [email protected] and he responded I can only communicate via WhatsApp because he didn’t want it to interfere with his work. He then proceeded to tell me if I emailed him with properties his****istant gets the emails and to message him on WhatsApp to give him a heads up. He gave me a laundry list of items he wanted in a house. I sent him home options and he told me that if I can find 3-4 homes he’ll fly out to view the properties. He’s now turned the conversation over to crypto and financial trading/investment which I’ve deflected. He seems less then interested in home shopping and more interested in his “business”. With a simple search of Steve Alves, a lawyer from LA Cali comes up. With a similar profile photo… this person is waisting everyone’s time. I’m now concerned what is it that he’s really after
