****s at JCPenny card services. This number calls my work multiple times a day. I told them to stop calling and he, Scott, still won't stop. I told Scott that these types of calls were not allowed and that we could not receive personal phone calls. He still hasn't stopped, even though the law clearly states that he must. He is harassing me at work, threatening to complain to boss and get me fired, even yelled at me and told me I was liar. All of this on my work phone, while clients are sitting in the lobby. He is extremely unprofessional and what he is doing is totally illegal.
