This guy Stephan passed me to his (Deputy Owens) called stating he was a Los Angeles Sherrif's deputy. He said I had a failure to appear notice from a civil case (Jury duty). Of course, I never heard anything about a civil case and never got any notice and they claimed I signed it , it is definitely a scam. I'm not too sure what information he was trying to gather. BE AWARE
