I suspect it's a scam. Called me on my work phone number. Said they're calling from Dell; that they have received error messages from my (home) computer. Can't call me back after 7:00 p.m. my time because their technicians quit at 7:00. (But yet, this is a Los Angeles, CA number which is 3 hours behind me!)
