The caller, who gave a Russian-type name (Ivan Tuschenko-my spelling) asked for a "***tty." He was told that no one named ***tty lived here. Apparently (to me) a collection agency

This is a collection agency or as they called it a "financial service". They were trying to contact my ex-wife. If you call back the 2129208260 number you will not be able to contact this company.
