Someone using this number is trying to extort money from my husband by showing him a photo of our home, and our grown pictures of our grown children, asking if he wants them to provide their addresses. This is very alarming and we are not able to discover who is behind this. it started with one of our sons who has been physically threatened and progressed to us. Reporting this to police might make matters worse because he doesn't know who it is and it could endanger him further.
This number claims to be from the US government. They emailed me saying I had pass due monies that they have been holding for me. Well a born and raised American I only know that our government does not give to its citizens they only take. This a scam number for sure!
