I got a recorded call from this number telling me they could lower my credit card interest rates. When I pressed 9 to speak with someone, they told me the name of their company was "Card Member Services for Visa/Master." He said they could lower my interest rates to < 6%. When I asked where their company was located, he ***g up on me.

Recorded call from someone saying they could lower my credit card rates to 6% and if I was interested to press 9. I am on the do not call list so these clowns are clearly breaking the law. I believe it is a scam.
