I'm a driving school located in Queens New York, and I've received two calls from this number. he says his name is Omar, he has a Philipino or Nepalese accent, he asks incoherent questions and then he ****s up. I'm not sure if this is someone really calling from Mount Sinai to harras me or someone "s****ing" pretending to be calling from this number, it shows Mount Sinai on my caller's Id, but at this point I don't know.
