Carol is a world class calligrapher AND an active productive member of the Board of the EDWARDS AQUIFER AUTHORITY, and President of the Edwards Aquifer Conservancy! She is a brilliant, beautiful human being dedicating much of time to community service. She and Kirk also are responsible for congress creating the Rio Grande Wild and Scenic river in Texas on 192 miles of river including the Lower Canyons of the Rio Grande in and below Big Bend Bational Park in 1978.
