This number contacted me at work and wanted to update Quickbooks. He said that I was not receiving the new updates and he was going to fix that. I have my QB on automatic updates. He showed me that my QB showed no new updates available and tried to convince me that it showed that because I was not receiving them but he was going to fix. He said his name was John and had an accent. First, Quickbooks does Not call the customer. Secondly, QB showed no new updates because there was not anything to update. I had received a large update 1 week ago that automaticallu downloaded and asked me to install and res**** my computer. QB DOES NOT CONTACT YOU for problems.
