Every few weeks I receive a series of calls (usually I get 3 to 4 in a row) showing this number or "RESTRICTED." It s****ed last October. If I answer, I hear a man speaking a foreign language and a lot of background noise like a call center. The voice is not clear or loud enough for me to make out the language and the caller seems not to hear me. Very annoying! I complained to Verizon and asked them to block calls from that number. They said they can't do that but did offer to c****e my phone number.
