I let it go into voicemail & the message left says "if you wish to contact us later please call us on our toll free number (208) 262-0000" which is clearly scam because (208) is an Idaho area code and not a toll free area code.

A dozen phone calls asking to call 208-262-0000. If you press 1, you go to a boiler room in India where many other voices can be heard. I have reported this to FTC.gov. This is the only way you can stop them. Please do the same.
