This number is attempting to redirect people to a site that looks like T-Mobile. They attempt to let the user know that they have won some sort of Contest. They then go on to direct the person to give their credit card information and shipping address and choose from one of the various devices that they will receive for free. I have searched this scam and have found it to be a viral infection where the phishing scam leads the person to a site that in Jack’s a virus into their operating system which then systematically serves advertising based on usage.
