Call advising me that my Social Security Number was used for fraudulent activity and the Police are looking for me. Totally lame and an obvious SCAM. Just another reason not to pick up the phone. If our government had any concern for consumers they'd nail these people and the phone companies that allow it to happen.

A man with a thick Filipino accent stated (in a recording) that the message is urgent and should not be ignored. Obviously a SCAM as no personal information left like the name of the person he is calling for

Didn't answer because I didn't recognize number. Voicemail was a mechanical voice saying there is a fraud case a***nst my SSN and the police are looking for me. I should call them so that I won't be arrested.
