Any way to block these callers, I get them from many different numbers, always a message in same voice about some kind of fraud and charges being files, thing is you cant even understand the language and the calls come from several different numbers and locations but are always the same voice and message. Is this a scam or what, I know Ive not committed any type of fraud!

Received call from 207-710-0*** this morning and I have not a clue who was calling, what they wanted, or to whom they were hoping to reach. And being the nice person that I am, I probably would have *tried* to listen and not be rude about it but I was unfortunately unable to understand a SINGLE word this caller was attempting to convey. That being said, I have a little 'heads up' to those who either make these obscure phone calls or those whom hire such callers. Please... use clear, articulate and understandable ENGLISH. Speak slowly. Clearly. And communicate like a human being. That is all
