I have been getting calls from 207-493-26** (207-493-2600, 207-493-2614, 207-493-2615, 207-493-2603, 207-493-2626) for the past few months and have ignored them. They are calling my Google voice number, which I use for questionable things, so I knew not to answer it.I finally answered one of the calls and it was an auto recording of a fake operator lady that forwarded me to another auto recording saying I would win a free cruise if I answer a questionnaire. Press 1 to answer the questions (I waited without pressing 1 to see what would happen) and it eventually just ***g up on me.I rarely give this number out, but it ironically s****ed happening right after I signed up for a box.net trial. box.net requires a phone number for creating an account... really who does that. I was reluctant so I gave them my google voice number. I am not saying that it is box.net, but it is odd that it s****ed after I did this. If you have also signed up for box.net and are receiving odd phone spam please post this in your notes!

(I am posting this at every site that logs numbers...) Got a call from (207) 493-2694 - Pretended I was interested in whatever they were selling. I was on the phone for 20 minutes or so.. Here is what I found out. The company is a 3rd party marketing company Paramount Home Security in Florida The gal gave me her desk number: Christine Anderson - (877) 764-1080 ext. 118 Here are two things I recommend. If you have a moment and are bored, lets call this number and ask them about ADT services, If a ****load of people are engaging them they will not have the resources it takes to make outbound calls. The other is just to call and **** up if you are the shy type, I am guessing they only have the capacity for so many inbound/outbound calls. If their robo-dialer cannot call out, some fellow cell phone user will not even get the call! You would be a hero!!

been getting calls from this number: 207 493 26** possibly to my google voice number because i never give out my personal number except to people i actually know.it's a fake recording of a lady saying they have an important message for me and please hold. then it's an offer for a cruise to the ba*****. but i normally **** up as soon as i hear the lady, which is how often i get these calls unfortunately.i put my number on the nat'l do not call registry and they stopped for about a month but now they keep calling and each time it's with a number of the variation mentioned before. who the heck are these people and how do i get them to stop calling me?!

I have recieved 3 or 4 calls from this number. The first one I answered. The caller (male voice) is pit****g some kind of home security deal. I just replied that I am on the do not call list and he shouldn't be calling me. He replied "that is nice" and just continued his sales pitch. I ***g up without another word. He keeps calling about twice a day. But now he doesn't answer or speak. This is unacceptable behaviour in my book.

I just received a call from 207 493 2694. It was a man talking, but I think it was a computer operated ma****e. . I had a back and forth conversation with this "person" but there was never a realistic/logical response to anything I was saying. Hence the robot theory. Never once was my request to be taken off of the call list acknowledged. This caller is selling home insurance. AKA it's a scam. Don't even bother answering. report it at donotcall.gov!!

U.S. residents please report this number with the FCC: http://www.fcc.gov/complaints I am not a US citizen and cannot complete this form to stop this company from annoying me on my cell phone 3 times daily. Please help all of us. Also in the meantime if you are being bothered on your smartphone, try creating a contact with this number, installing a silent ringtone, and setting the silent ring to that contact. Auto call screening! http://www.google.ca/search?sourceid=UTF-8&q=silent+ringtone Thanks

Received a few calls from this number on our house phone. Before it would show up as "Unavailable" but now shows up as "WEATHERDMGSVC". I answered it the last time because I thought it had so****ing to do with a weather warning, because I receive texts from The Weather Channel for alerts and whatnot. I would call back and request they put you on the do not call list.

I think I know who gave out my phone number.."Rooms To Go". Don't believe anyone when they say they don't sell your number. I'm from Ontario and this is a US spam and the only US retail store I gave my number out was to them. Give a fake number when you purchase an item and if you are waiting for a delivery, call them to confirm.

It's an automated dialer selling security. It appears to be using voice recognition to seem like an actual person. I said "You called me 30 minutes ago and I said no". The response s****ed with "I can understand your reluctance..." I ***g up and got a call block app.I found a free app that blocks calls and text - hope it works.

Got two missed calls from this number today... Hey, here's a conspi**** theory... for pay-as-you go phone users... The phone companies have an algorithm wherein they have third party fake companies call pay-as-you-goers so they can****ess you the daily fee on days when you don't use your phone and would not otherwise have to pay the daily charge.
