This is the same scam that called my other cell phone with a number of 760 242 8473. Caller ID said California call on that call only, but same voice saying that they were calling about my credit card bill. Nothing was wrong, but they could get me a better rate. DON'T GIVE THEM ANY INFORMATION. This is a major scam and they will keep it up as long as they get away with it.

This is a totally legitimate business that banks outsource to do this type of work for them because it is cheaper than hiring employees directly to do their grunt work.All they are doing is trying to help you and protect you; so all of you focking *****s who **** up on people like this or refuse to give them information deserve exactly what you'll get, which ironically turns out to be the exact thing you're so paranoid about happening. And the people like me who are not ******ed and can figure out why companies like this exist find this irony hilarious, so please, continue to post here that this is a scam and that everyone should be totally uncooperative do***ebags with them.In all seriousness, these people call folks who sign up for CC's or, like others have said, are trying to c****e their line of credit, etc. to make sure that the information they were given is correct and that someone isn't trying to use your information to steal from you. So when so****ing bad does happen, i.e. someone ***ns your information and applies for a new CC in your name and this number calls you to make sure it's really you and you really did apply, you better give them all the information they need. Now put on your seatbelts because here comes the irony: you idiots who do not cooperate with them and don't give them the info they need, which is that you did not sign up for a new CC or w/e the case may be, the scammer wins.I don't even feel bad that all of you ******s are getting scammed by trying so hard not to be scammed because you are in fact so ****** that you deserve to be drained of all your money and credit so that you can't afford to bring more idiots into this already pathetically *****ic country.TL;DR: The number is 100% legit and all these people who tell you otherwise are actually the ones who are going to get scammed because they have been cursed by their own hubris and ******ity.

So they call me yes****ay at around 7pmEST and trying to pass off as BOA and they are not. They should clearly say they are not a BOA employee but they are affiliated and how they are affiliated. They ask if my name is XY and they are on the money so I say yes. Then they want to know about an CC i opened with BOA and the interest rate. Then they say hold on to answer some questions and **** up. Seems like they are some ID theft BS. Yes, some people are saying they are legit but they don't carry themselves like they are legit.Now if you work for BOA you would know this so why would you ask? I called BOA and although they do know FIA and are affiliated but, they don't show any record of them calling me or needing to. I called back FIA and spoke to Jennifer Rodriguez and refused to give her anything besides my phone number and name (since they already had it). I told her if she needs so****ing from me she is to go through BOA and to never call me a***n(FAIL-they just called).***?

I get several calls from this number about once every day or so. These clowns claim they are from bank of America. Boloney! This is a collections agency called FIA card services or AKA MBNA. I will not pick up calls from these *****s! If I have issues with bank of America I will call or goto a ***nch office. I will not give them any information about me and I suggest anyone else who gets a call from this number just don't bother picking it up. Also keep a log of how many times they call and record the date as well. I will be filing a huge complaint a***nst these people. If you are using a cell phone or have caller id on your landline and can id the # coming in to your phone... read and heedif you are behind on a payment, even for a few days, and you receive a call from an out-of-state number, DO NOT ANSWER IT.  It is the collection department for a credit card company. Record the number on your phone with DNA in front of the bank/credit card company name which you can research here. You can also c****e the ringtone to recognize this number and just ignore it.

They seem to be legit- if you ask for a credit line increase they will call. This is a company that credit card companies use to verfiy your income and such. It a new thing as I understand -cause so many people have lied about income to get highger credit lines.  If they call and u don't trust them tell them please do not call a***n (take ur # of the list- and legal action will be taken a***n and then call your local ***nch and talk to them!

Hate to tell you FIA Card Services is Your Bank America Credit Card People. The Card is Serviced by FIA Card Services These are the Poeple That issue you the card with The Banl america Name on it is also you you pay each month if you look at your statements and envelopes. They are not a collection agency they Are the Credit Card Issuer!
