They are calling asking to deliver a cell phone package. Since the package wasnt delivered I will get suit by a Washington Court. They asked to be wired 1,250.00. And now they are asking 3,000.00 so a judge dismiss the case and go agents the fraud comapny. If I pay 3,000.00 I will get 30,000 from the law suit settlement. SCAM!!!!!!! PLEASE DO NOT WIRE THEM ANY MONEY

Alondra identified herself as a notification officer. they said that FedEx did not deliver a package and I was sued for 6500 USD with conciliation of 1200 USD. they transferred the call to a lawyer Carlos de la Torre Ugarte and when I told him that he is not on the list of the Court lawyers, he stop the conversation.

Stated I didn't accept a package (Vida Coral Labs vitamins and supplements), and now I'm being sued by the federal court. They say the demand is for $12000.

My sister got a call saying she was being sued by a Hispanic company, Vida Coral because she never received a free package and was in a government storage so she had to pay $1450 if not they were going to have her travel to Washington DC to fight in court. The operator name was Joseph and he referred her to a “lawyer” Otto Holder. They wanted a money transfer and we told them if it was the federal court they wouldn’t call or want a money transfer you pay in person. He got mad and said a officer was going to come in 48 hours. We told them ok we want the documents to see if it’s real and he got mad and we clicked. I still recorded the whole call because these people want to be scamming.

gave a bogus access code to use online at s.id/chaseinfo_support. you can tell it's fake just by the web address. it doesn't even begin with www. called the number & got an automated/robotic voice message saying they want to help me in anyway possible & then it hung up. scammer! i don't even have a chase account!

They said a company sued my mom over a package that she didn’t received. In order for her to get away with the sue, she needed to pay $700. SCAAMMM!

this did the exact same texts and calls as mentioned in the 2/11/21 comments. The person texted several times and knew my name and wanted a call back asap. She left a name after one of the texts, Alyssa; and then left a phone message the following day asking to give a call back. Judging from the previous person's comments, i received the exact same sequence of texts and then phone calls, so likely suspicious

The voicemail message was recorded by a male who self-identified as 'Jake', said he 'wasn't in the office right now', and requested the caller leave a message to which he'll respond.

Referred to me as dr. so I thought maybe it was a new patient calling to make an appointment due to an emergency. The phone number was not in our patient records and they continued to be very vague. Definitely spam.
