Wire fraud scam via fake rental listings by Richard A Philip of Stratepointe Holdings LLC. This person p****s Redfin data to put up properties for rent that they do NOT own and/or manage. The listing I was looking at "mysteriously" gets removed the day after rea****g out.

There was a guy on face book date using this as his number. He called me from it and texted me too. After the conversation he was to call back. I reached out to him and the phone was disconnected as well the profile and Facebook page was taken down. It's been 3 days. I want to warn other women. He used the name george mcguire from Birmingham Alabama
