****-offs called my home asking for my wife. When I asked who it was, they offered 1st name only. I said, why are you obscuring the name of your organization when you are clearly calling from an out-of-state business? She said because of there "privacy policy". I said, "We have a privacy policy of our own. Why don't you give me your home phone number and we'll call you back when it's more convenient for us"? The idiot ***g up. This ****es me off because my wife recently had some tests done on her heart and we are anxiously awaiting the results. At first I thought it might be legit... that's what these leaches prey on. They have no business INTRUDING on a service that I pay $$$ for (phone). Why haven't legislators fixed this yet? Do telemarketers have a lobby or so****ing???

These a**holes just called me 3 times in a row at 10pm!  Seriously get the hint!  I don't answer numbers I don't recognize!  They  woke up my sick kid and me and since I have to be up at 4AM in the morning for work they've really ****ed me the f*** off! No one calls me this late unless its an emergency They are lucky I didn't answer and cuss their a**es out! I've now put the number on my reject list on my phone but seriously ****ed off!

My husband's been getting those phone calls, too. It's been driving us nuts. He just got a text from them a few mitnutes, I guess they are figuring out that people won't answer calls to numbers they don't know. He just texted "stop" and then we got a message back from them that said that the messages and phone calls would stop. So there's an idea for some who can text.

It is greenpicket.com a payday loan company in malta.  They are an ok company, they are upfront and honest about the loans they give.  They dont do rollovers and dont make arrangements.  you borrow 200 and in two weeks you pay the 200 plus the fee.  That simple.

The same thing has been happening to me from this same number calling me about some gift cards  that i had won but the catch is they want  you to pay for so****ing that really dont exist .

I contacted my credit card company about this phone #. It is a scam and they are well aware of it. I asked them who else I should contact about the scam and they told me not to worry saying they were well aware of it and were working on it, but they were very glad I didn't give these people any info about my card. I did call this number back however just to ask a them a few questions of my own. They claimed to be located in California (with a Manitoba phone #) and could not give me a business name (they claimed to be BOTH VISA and Mastercard when they called me lol) The part that made me laugh especially hard when they first called was that she told me because I was such a good customer (paying on time for the last 6 months)they were going to reduce my interest rate for the REST OF MY LIFE!! lol like a credit card company gives a **** enough about six months worth of on time payments to offer LIFETIME intrest rate lowering.

Hi this company called me and said they would send me info on increasing my limit and decrease my interest rate (I should have known better when we have never had to pay interest cause we always paid our bills on time) they got info from me because I thought they were calling on behalf of Pc financial the scary part is they had most of my info on file yikes!!!! Right away I called Pc Financial and they said never give that info over the phone because They Pc financial will never ask for it.  It sounds really official the person I was dealing with was supposedly named Veronica Matthew( she has an Indian Accent )  and the name of the company is Platenium Enterprise. They are very smooth please always go with your gut and never ever give info out no matter what I was lucky as I called in time and they did not take any money.

I took a call for my wife and the caller, David Roy (heavy Indian accent)(Manitoba area code - but) and he tried to engage me, insisting he would reduce our Visa interest to 6%.  To make a long story short, after many questions from me that he never answered  I ended up talking to his supervisor ***d Martin(also Indian accent) by which time I had accessed this site (consumer credit advocate - user feedback). I s****ed reading the responses (didn't let him interrupt) and asked if he would like me to read him several more.  Of course he said no and that shut him up and he ***g up.I suspect they are actually calling from India but it doesn't matter.  I still don't know exactly what their scam is but that doesn't matter either!  Try the above for a giggle or just **** up on them

Don't deal with those as hole, they are fu... theft  and they charge my 299 $ on my credit caed and I cancel my credit card right after that and they call me a wek after because they tried to take more money and I told them that I wanted a refund and the person told me that the customer care will call me back within 24 hours and they never did. I call the 2 numbers I have and they told me that tey are a construction company and they are the same  peoples that I sopke with f***... indian peoples. I call the same number before and I spoke with someone presuming bedford financial sevices. I will probably won't able to get my money fron thos e indian baster.

The same thing just happened here. The caller didn't identify herself yet she immediately s****ed to ask about my Mastercard and Visa. She was after my address and the expiry dates of my credit cards. I told her that I couldn't give this information out over the phone. I called Bell Ca***a to ask if they could tell me where the call had come from but they showed no interest whatsoever in trying to help me. I've called the police and left a message there (they don't answer the phone here. I see this as a major problem.

I got the same call, but I did not give any info.  I was told that because I pay my balances on time I qualified for a lifetime rate of 6% .  I asked what credit card they represented and was told visa and mastercard.  I called one of my credit card companies and was told that since I did not give out any personal info, I shouldn't be worried.All I did was verify I paid my balances in full and on time.  I sure hope there isn't any kind of phone fraud involved with this.
