It was on my cell and ***g up b4 I answered. My guess is a computer call to determine if my number was a working one perhaps for a future sales call. I have no other logical conclusion. If you get the ***g up AFTER you answer I've concluded it was a computer call to find out what time you answer by a computer for a salesperson/request for a contribution call to be mae at a later date.
