This caller calls daily. Caller ID indicates "RNC" I never accept/answer calls when no message is left and/or when the caller is unknown to me. The "RNC" identifier is listed for multiple different phone numbers. I have not attempted to retain each number, but do know that "RNC" in DC is listed/indicated for multiple different numbers. I am positive this is a scam caller.
