Amber, a woman with a foreign accent who answered this phone number gave me her address as 200 Independence Ave SW, in Washington DC. She said that I was awarded a grant of $9000 by the Federal Reserve Bank in New York. She said she will send me that amount through Western Union and I could receive it immediately at Walgreen, Dollar General, CVS, Family Dollar, or Publix. I chose Publix. Her instructions to me were to go there and buy a $200 card to register with the Federal Reserve Bank in New York. She****ured me that as soon as I did that I will receive the $9200 wire. She did not tell me what type of card I need to buy because I told her that I cannot go to Publix until tomorrow. I STRONGLY SUSPECT FRAUD
