This is a scam because if you call the number that the "first" contact gives you, they keep you on the phone for as long as possible. The longer you stay on the phone the larger the phone charges occur a***nst you. I notified the BBB. There IS a report about this scenario. The name they give you (NAUPA) is an authentic company but it is "USED" to scam the public who may be somewhat gullible and easy to take advantage of!!!
