June 1, 2009 -- This ruse must work on someone because he's still at it. "Ted Lellos from National, please return my call at your earliest convenience." Thanks to sites like this, I avoided that unpleasantness. He wasn't going to like my response anyway.

Person left vm message "Ted Lellos from National" as if I have some connection to it -- I don't. I don't know any Ted Lellos and reading various call complaint boards it seems like a cold call.

You can go to Google, type in a number, and find sites like this that will help you determine that Mr. Lellos is a s***bag and that you don't need to call him back. They are a very rude financial firm trying to get new clients. They repeatedly call my boss (who doesn't use voicemail) and want him to call them back. When I ask what it is regarding, they say it's private. When I tell them he likely won't call back without a topic - they **** up.
