So I am getting the same calls. SO bad I got into trouble at work when i forgot to put my phone on silent. I get at least 4 to 8 missed calls a day. I guess it all depends on how bored the lady is. One day after school I did answer because they kept calling ever two minutes. It was a lady with a heavy accent talking like she was in a race to tell me what the***** she wanted. She sounded like a robot. A dead miserable person trying to give me "Information" I asked her if she could call me back because I was busy and she said "No I don't think I can do that" *_*!!!! WHAT! This lady has been calling me for two weeks straight and now that I answer she is going to tell me she can't call back? She was asking me what i wanted to know. She said so many names and so much information so fast I almost blacked out. I just put the phone down, took a deep breath and ***g up. -_- Anyways they just called now and I found this sight. If I answer this phone and this lady is there, I am ripping. I did not think it was going to be a problem. Now I don't even look at my phone to see who is calling because it is them. For months I've been receiving calls. Finally, with the help of several police departments from coast to coast and my phone service provider I found, via a Google Search, that many others have been having problems with this 201 740 0032 number. Just as the others have said the calls usually come in in the evening.ATT said it is unlawful according to FCC laws to put a block calls on ones phone to stop this type of nuisance calling. I'd like to point out to the FCC and will tomorrow, that they are protecting some kinds of perps. and not the victims! ****** rules from the FCC.Two nights ago this 201 number send calls to our phone every 5-7 minutes and yes****ay between 5:24 p.m. and 7:30 p.m. we received about 10 calls ****ed at between 17 minute to 60 minute intervals. Ok, so I get these phone calls EVERYDAY and they are incredibly annoying. I filled out a form for government grants and NEVER a***n will I do that. Now I get a phone call from them atleast 10 times a day (I am NOT exaggerating) everyday and they don't leave a message. I call them back and it says that they're mailbox is full. I did answer the phone call once and they asked for a credit card number to pay for the shipping and handling of the phone that will help me get grants and I refused. not because I didn't want to but because I didn't have the time to talk to them on the phone. Since then, they have been calling me like a mad man. I am glad that i read this because now I know not go for this scam! I am ready to report them....

I just s****ed getting this call tonight. I didn't answer it the first time because I didn't recognize it. (thought it was a telemarketer)my bf asked me who it was, I said I didn't know. The same number with Oradell, NJ came up on the caller id a***n. My bf tried to tell me it was a Dr.s Office. (at 7:30?) I answered it the next time, and no one answered and I ***g up. Since the 3rd time the same call came in. I have been sear****g online for the owner of the number in Oradell, NJ. The number is unpublished and unavailable. But the name GLOBAL CROSSING LOCAL SERVICES, INC is what comes up. And it also says it's a landline #. Anyway, glad to see I'm not the only one with this problem. It's been an hour and a half since this call s****ed.

I've been receiving aprox. a dozen calls a day for several days now. I went to a website I heard about on a radio ad. (requestagrant.com) Like others I've read about I never completed the online form but the calls began coming in a day or so anyway.While I was reading other complaints my phone rang a***n. I answered and this time I waited a few seconds and the woman onthe other end asked for me. I promptly told her I was online reading more than 100 complaints about her company.She asked me "aren't you interested in free money from the government?" I told her no and remove me from your call list. She agreed to remove me. We'll see if the calls stop or not. I'll write a***n in a few days and let you all know if it worked.

I just posted a few minutes ago and they called a***n and this time someone answered. We found out that they are trying to sell grant information. My daughter had filled out info online for grant information but did not submit the request because they wanted money and your credit card information. I'd like to know how these places get all this information when you don't submit because they knew her name, address, phone # and obviously her email address. She had to tell them several times to take her off their calling list and the woman said she was offended because she had just spent her time telling her about their product. (I thought that was their job, why should she be offended)!!! Now let's see if they listened.

The first time they called, I said*****o and got no response so i ***g up. About 10 minutes later, they called a***n and this time after saying*****o I waited. It took the representative about 20 seconds to say so****ing, and finally stated, "This is a call about a government grant." Sounded like a collection agency to me. I stated that he had the wrong number, and he then asked who he was speaking to along with so****ing else. It was hard to understand him as he had a very thick accent and there was a lot of talking in his background! On further investigation, I found the area code exc****e, 201-740, is from Oradell, New Jersey, Bergen County.

This # continously calls my phone. I was traveling on the interstate in a consrtuction site and was really trying to be nice. They insisted i pull over and talk to them. I have been everything but nice since then. I have been on their website ONCE and they wanted money to get get info so i stopped. I have answered the calls and begged them to remove me immediately. They do not seem to understand. I have received 8 calls since 8:00 this morning and it is not even 3:00 in the afternoon. They are persistent little devils!

I got their calls today, it just ***g up after I picked. And this time, I picked at the fist ring, finally a girl (I guess it's a girl, cause the voice is so young) talked to me. And I verified that thay are trying to sell information about disposal. Anyway, I talked to her with respect since she sounds nice. And when she asked what time is good to call me back, I just asked her to give me a number to call her when I need information. It is 800 number.

Gov't.Grants...Always ask to speak with "Larry"..Been recvg.calls for OVER (3) weeks/have told whomever to STOP calling my number(have never told the person calling the number that they reached nor my name)... When I say, 'you have the wrong number,' the person says, 'well, while I have you on the phone, are you receiving any gov't.grants, etc.' What the heck???? They wanted to sale me a packet for Government grant money telling me that I could get up to 25,000 dollars in money. But what they did not know was that I looked them up and soon found out that they charged 50 dollars a month. She did not tell me this and was not going to. They called me almost 30 times yes****ay, w/2 to 3 rings then ****-up, today they called almost 20 times, same thing, 2-3 rings and ****-up, never leaves a message, last week I don't even know how many times they called, yes****ay I was at a different web site, and someone had a link to the goverment grant scammer,I went there and filed a complaint...lot of good that did. If anybody can stop these annoying phone calls, pls make it happen.

In one day I received calls at 8:33AM, 9:02AM, 10:03AM, 11:55AM, 2:06PM, 2:31PM, with no one on the line, then finally at 3:02PM there was a person that came on the line that I couldn't even understand what they were saying. After a few "Hello's" from me, I stayed silent and eventually the line was disconnected. I got the same message as Stephanie when I called back. FYI: Anyone who has Comcast digital phone service. . . you can block phone numbers by pressing *80 and following the prompts.

I got to the phone this morning after they called me 32 times. It is on my caller ID. I reported them to Do Not Call and told them to stop they didn't. So what I did was scream as loud as I could into the phone and told them if they call a***n I will **** a whistle. Try that scream first and then go buy a whistle..that'll get them.

After some research, I found the name of the company is Grantresearch.com. The actual phone number to reach them is 1-888-270-8105. I am constantly getting a call from 201-740-0032 in Oradell, NJ. It will rings only 2 times. When I have been able to answer it no one speaks and in about 15 seconds they **** up. How can we find out who this is?

They have called me at least 30 times now in the last 3 hours. Sometimes they let it ring for a few rings, other times they let it ring for a while. But they never leave a voicemail. Just keep calling and calling.

Claimed I signed up for a grant from the government. They said I left an email address. I asked them for the email address that I gave them. That email was not mine. When I told her that - she ***g up. It's a scam.

I have been called every day for a month, sometimes 10 times a day. There's never a message, and sometimes I get knocked off-line (so I use dial-up...get over it).
