Last night was the final straw (after months of stalking and numerous complaints to the police) when I was caught off guard and answered the phone while I was cleaning my house (grabbed my phone and answered quickly without looking at my caller ID). As soon as he spoke, I knew exactly who it was. As I got into it with him he then proceeded to tell me that someone would be coming to my house (he repeated my address) and grab me by the hair and drag me to the "kirt house" (courthouse) along with grabbing my boyfriend (he knows his full name too) by the neck and dragging him to the "kirt house" also. He kept repeating this over and over and then went on to ask me if the police were at my house now or close, adamantly questioning me about how long would it take for them to get to my house and if I was scared etc.... The authorities in my state (******ia) are handling my case. Everyone that is on here, if you haven't done so yet, then you NEED TO CONTACT YOUR LOCAL AUTHORITIES ASAP if you are receiving any of these calls!! I'm not going to give out all the details of my case to have this person(s) ARRESTED and PROSECUTED because this person(s) is probably reading ALL of our posts on here and learning how to keep playing this "game/scam", "stalking" etc... seeing what everyone is doing about this criminal behavior and keeping tabs to avoid from getting caught. So these *****s called me,I answered the phone, they told me that they got a "work ticket" for my computer and was calling to help me fix it. I replied with " oh cool Ive been waiting for you to call me for days" they proceeded to ask me for my IP then told me that I had to verify some "personal" info before they got s****edThey asked for my name.. I gave them the name of Barney RubbleAddress: 147 Bedrock laneThen they told me that I had to give them my CC# but it wasn't gonna be ran, it was just to verify I was who I said I was.I had enough and told them to keep talking because there number was being traced as we speak.. Low and behold they ***g up. ****Losers.

My visiting nephew answered the phone: I don't answer it when the name/number on Caller ID is blocked or unfamiliar.. He said the caller wanted to ask about my computer. I recently had it serviced so I took the phone. The caller wasn't from Best Buy; it was a person with a heavy accent who said that Windows on my computer was trying contact a "dangerous site" & Microsoft wanted to fix the virus.. I knew it was a scam immediately; my computer runs Linux. I told him I don't use **** from Windows & to try his scam on someone else & ***g up. I haven't had any return calls from this number. Yet.

The man who called asked for me by name, said they were calling because my computer had been comprimised and inisted I go to my computer and follow his directions. He said he was calling from NY regarding my windows based operating system and wanted to help me fix my problem.. stated my computer had been comprimised because it was not protected (note true) and that he knew my computer was being slow (not true) and that I was getting error mesages (not true) He kept insisiting that I go to my computer and he would walk me through how to fix the problem and I finally ***g up.

even worse! female voice of african decent saying from local hospital ER department which a family member was admitted two weeks ago, and not for a bee sting or twisted ankle. they first called my cell phone twice and i****umed it was a medical matter and knew they wouldnt tell me anything because im not a direct relative so i gave home phone number. 4 times they **** up then they finally talk. this morning i said person was still sleeping. i have the impression theyre gonna ask for money ( we have insurance) im gonna light em up

Called and told me that I had a Microsoft Windows XP ma****e that had been trying to connect to a port on one of their servers for two weeks now. S****ed telling me that this could cause my ma****e to crash so I asked what port number I was supposedly hitting and that I'd run a network trace at my end to confirm.... they ***g up at that point. Strong Indian accent and ****** awful English. Called the number back - it's disconnected, so presumably they are s****ing their caller id.

Person with strong accent asked if he was talking with some name, not mine. I said it was a wrong number and then he wanted to talk with the person responsible for my computer. He said that he had been affected by some type of very serious problem, and implied he was calling from Microsoft. He asked me to turn on my computer, at which point I told him not to call a***n and ***g up. I've received one more call that I did not answer.

I told her she could not call a federal agency with a sales call like that but she kept asking me if she could give me a demo of the Dell case. I've been getting calls from this # for about 2 weeks. Today is Sa****ay and they have been calling every half-hour since 8am. When I pick up the phone, it just disconnects. Looks like a a scam maybe phishing for info from verison customers. The number links back to "Verizon New Jersey, Inc." The website it sends you to is not secure, if it were the url would have https in the address.
