    This dude has been scamming my mother in-law 3 ways from Sunday. 1st he's pch then pretending to be in love with my mother in-law, now he's says his name is David Cooper from some sweepstakes saying she's won a vehicle and multi millions but she has to pay a delivery fee and she has been doing so for a year now. She drains her ssa check every month for the fee and excuses out the wazu from the guy of why he didn't deliver
