I just received a call from 904-410-3886 a few moments ago. The accent was almost impossible to understand. He gave me a case number before even attempting to verify who I was. He then went off on me about having bad credit and my full report was on his desk. He threatened fines and arrest. He claimed he would arrest me and my husband. I asked who the***** this complaint was from. He said it was A.S.A. Bank an online lender. He had no contact information for the bank and said it would be illegal for me to contact them. I know enough about law to say this is all bogus. I even told Mr. John this. I figured it was worth hearing some more of his story and asked what amount I borrowed. I will admit I have applied before for a payday loan, but I am a military spouse and they decline me because of the law on lending to service members and their families. It is illegal. So, I sit here knowing I have applied and never been approved. He asked what I intended to do. I told him I intend to dispute this. Bye. His final words: "Okay, you and your husband will both be arrested then!" Oh, I almost forgot, he claimed I borrowed $250 last month. I now owe $4,000. He was so nice that he was willing to set me up with installments of $150 a month until I payed it off. What a nice guy-lol.

Oh, boy, they called my ***her in law today asking about my brother in law. I gave "John Hood" absolute holy***** over the phone. It was awesome. If you have any aggression you want to take out on someone, take it out on these people. Such a stress reliever.
