I have begun to receive phone calls from someone with a heavy accent on my personal number and my work number stating they are with the Legal Affiliate Process Dept and that I defaulted on a loan and must send them $6000.00 immediately. As soon as I request proof of this loan they s**** telling me that I will be arrested and that my SS# with be blacklisted. Now someone claiming to be Jack Taylor is calling and even talked to my supervisor at work. Fortunately I had already advised them of what was going on.When I told these people I would have to discuss this with my attorney he became very threatening. I finally told him to get on his knees and point north, south, east and west and pray to his Allah that someone sends him money coz it would not be me.

I received a phone call from someone saying they worked for this company and that I owed them for a load I defaulted on. I have not taken a loan but these people knew my SS# and bank routing number. When I asked them for paperwork showing that I owed this they stated that they needed to speak to my supervisor at work. When I put the supervisor on the phone they would not give them any proof that I owed this amount. I told them that I would have to contact an attorney before I could talk to them and he stated that I did not need to do that I just needed to verify my information and talk with him. They stated that they were a Legal Affiliate Process Dept out of Jacksonville Florida.

This officer John Taylor has called me 7 times in 10 minutes this morning. I told him to go J*** off i know it was a scam, first of all I have not taken a payday loan, they are illegal in WV where I live in the first place and in the second place if I needed a loan I would go to the bank. I had a block call feature added to my phone and blocked the number, now they are calling from a 410 area code.
