904-410-126601/10/11An Indian man claiming to be a some kind of officer called my house phone looking for my husband, saying that my husband was in some kind of financial trouble with the legal affidavit processing department and calling out the last 4 digits of his SS#. This message was left as a voice message, the man also spoke to say if my husband didnt return the call, then all he could do was wish him good luck. It was very strange that the man called my phone but speaking to the vm like he was actually talking to my husband. He was calling from Jacksonville Florida and about 20 or 30 min later after I received the vm and called the number back,the same man that left the vm, answered the phone. When I tried to talk to them, I had a very hard time understanding what he was saying. Then he s****ed yelling at me that I was harassing him! SO I said good bye and ***g up. Its nice to know that I'm not the only one this has happened to, but it is very scary to have happen to you. They are outright rude and mean.

this number keeps calling non stop .. at work and at on cell phone .. informed of cease on cell phone per fdcpa mr straight out says no .. advsd of cease my place of employment .. mr sys no he will call ... while on phone he calls 2 more times on cell phone .. adviced on recorded phone line .. stated date and time of formal cease and desist .... mr "*****mith" as he idself calls my job 6 more times diclosing all info about reason for call to my employees and supervisor .. per fdcpa is a***nst the law to disclose purpose of call .. i am a debt collector this is total scam ...call 877-438-4338 ftcc

The person that keeps calling me claims to be an "officer", I delt with these people last year. I got the FBI involved because they kept telling me I would be sent to California for some debt I owe. I called every court in Calinfornia...­they had no case on me. finally the FBI convinced me it was a scam. These people are horrible and deserve to be punished. Do not give them your money or information. Tell them off and report them ASAP to the FBI. Mabye if enough of us report it they will investigate.

This guy actually called my work and stated he was an officer and that I was wanted for tax fraud??????  He was calling the IRS where I happen to work!  My boss called him back and he didn't even mention my name and tried to tell her that he had a file # blah, blah, blah with all her debts.  My boss immediately researched the number on line and found all this information about this being a scam!  She immediately reported the conversation to our National Security hotline and the local police department.  Hopefully, this will all stop soon!

This is totally ridiculous.  An Officer Ritchie Watson called me and told me I was in serious trouble for drug charges and that I needed to contact him right away and if I didn't all he could say was good luck.  First of all, If I were in trouble for drug problems wouldn't the police just show up at my door....and if they did call me would they wish me good luck?  This is almost hilarious it's so ridiculous.  I just feel bad for the people who do fall into this trap.

These people keep calling and calling with different numbers and names and are all coming from the same place..They have an indian accent..names are Ricky Watson, Sam Williams etc etc.  How can these people be stopped?  i cna't remember all of the names and numbers, but I tell you one thing, getting iritated by these people and they need to be shut down NOW!!  Lets all work together and get these people closed down!!!!!!!

I received a call from some one named "James Thomas" and he had a foreign accent and he claimed to be an officer of some court.  He said that I got a cash advance and didn't repay it and if i don't pay now they were gonna send someone to my work.  I know i have never taken a loan out, but now he won't stop calling me at work or at home

the same thing is happening to me from this number.  guy calls up pretending to be a police officer and has the last of my 7860 social security number.  This is a scam!!! please report.  Stated his name was rick watson

The caller wasn't the Internal Revenue Service.  That is where they called.  Wanted to straighten that one out!  The caller was a Mid Eastern man who did not identify himself or his company.  Just stated he was an officer.

Wow. It seems he has been making his rounds in the last month or so based on the time stamp of these comments. I just got a call from him a few minutes ago. I was away from my phone and come back to find out I missed a call with a voice mail message. I checked the message and it said [paraphrasing], "we are suing this person for illegal activity blah blah blah and you need to call us immediately or have money for court." Of course I wanted to rectify the situation IMMEDIATELY so I called him back right after I listened to the message. It seems they got all my information from when I applied for an advanced cash loan 2 months ago. Dumbest mistake I've ever made. He said I didn't pay any of the money back. I said, your company didn't give me any money and if you did then send me copies of the deposit made. Of course, he got irate and made more idle threats about seeing me in court and that I better get a lawyer. Then he ***g up. All I could think was wow, Scammy McScammington. But, I played myself for signing up in the first place. I just googled this phone number to backtrack where this could be coming from and this website was the first to pop up. I feel a lot better that this website is available to expose him.

i just blew up on a "mike henny" i asked for their address and he proceeded to give me a PO box!!! I said um..NO i need a PHYSICAL address, he asked why and I told him because my attorney is requesting it (i made this up). Then of course low and behold..he ***g up...SOOOO i called back and once a***n and asked for the same information and he stated "I am not your servant, good luck to you" so i called back a third time and told the guy that answered that they better not call my phone anymore and he stated that he would just have the authorities come pick me up. So i of course said the ones in india where you are calling me from are the ones here? Guess what..he didnt even have my current address...SCAM SCAM SCAM SCAM! dont let these ppl scare you

MIKE HENNY ****** 3RD WORLD SCAMMER,WORMER!!I APPLIED FOR A CASH LOAN LAST YEAR AND i THINK THATS WHERE THEY GOT MY WORK PHONE #.AFTER ALL THE USUAL NOTIFICATIONS THAT HE IS A FEDERAL OFFICER AND TELLLING ME ALL MY PERSONAL INFO, HE CAN'T SUPPLY ANY INFO ON THE ORIGINAL CREDITOR, BUT I CAN RESOLVE THIS ISSUE TODAY FOR $758.00! IF NOT I WILL BE SUED, MY ACCOUNT FROZEN BLAH BLAH BLAH. HE ****S UP ON ME AFTER I TELL HIM I NEED ALL ALLEGED INFO IN WRITING AND SENT TO ME CERTIFIED MAIL.I CALL HIM BACK AND HE TELLS ME I THINK I AM AN ATTORNEY, AND I SHOULDN'T GET SMART WITH HIM AS THE "AGENTS" WILL ARREST ME @ WORK!HOW DUMB DO THEY THINK WE ARE????????

It's a scam with a new twist , they called a couple of years ago & told my wife that I was going to be arrested for****ault & I needed to call them to settle the legal matter. I called my local sheriffs office & asked a deputy ( George) who was also a friend of the family if there was so****ig going on. He told me no & after a few others called put a notice in the paper to warn people of the scam. The experience was a lot like Dell tech support, ha ha . Thanks to posts like this we can warn others. thanks

this guy calls on my cell % and states he is "Ricky Martin" that I was going to court regading a loan I took out several months age. I contacted my attorney who put my mind at ease. I also contacted FBI who gave me step by step instructions. I then contacted the company I borrowed the funds from. They told me to contact Homeland security Department too.  THIS IS A SCAM we need to fight back

They just called me and said they got all of my info and i owe them $1,028.00. I said where did you get the information, and they will not tell me where. They just said if i don't pay it i will be in jail and they will make my life hard.His name is Ricky Watson, and he is a lawyer. He said that he has all the power of the court.

They never state who I supposedly owe or who they are contacting me about. person states that I commit Fraud regarding a loan, he has my Soc. security number. i received calls like this previously and they were Fraud - trying to scam money out of me.

this is a scam? i just got the same number calling me 15 minutes ago saying my friend is using my information and he cant tell me anything til we're in court and stuff?

Same thing here, keeps calling stating I will go to jail but will not produce any backup do***ents.  When you question him, he either ****s up or curses at you.

caller says he is from a pilice department and my social has been listed for fraud activity. scam!

Multiple from the number, caller ID says unknown, better not to pick up.

I think thats what happen to, because i did the same thing.
