Yea, I had a similiar experience in Feb 2011. The caller ID was a local number but they asked me to call this 858 number. The message said they were calling about a relative of mine. It was a woman, I think she said her name was Debbie or so****ing similiar. Very su****ious.

A man called here identifying himself as Armando Garcia from San Diego asking me if I could go to my neighbor's house and deliver a message for him (saying that it was extremely important). When I asked why he is calling me (and where he got my number from!) he said he'd been trying to reach my neighbor on the phone, but that he can't get through. He said he looked up phone numbers on the internet and my phone number put me in the same culdesac as my neighbor. I did not deliver his message to my neighbor. If this guy really wants to get in touch with my neighber, he could email or write a snail mail letter. Also....the number on my caller ID was not the same as the number he gave me. I'm sorry.....but this sounds really, really fishy.

hey b16r9s13 stop your lying your just a debtor looking for some sympathy! pay your bills and people like me wouldnthave to find you and track you down . bottom line if you communicated with the people you owe money to, this wouldnt happen to you. o by the way i always answer my phone you just dont call so you dont have to deal with this. i bet you didnt even pay your bill yet!?! alright buddy have fun crying to everyone that you r a "victim"...hahaha, yea right!

Called my neighbor at 9:00 pm on a Sunday evening stating it was an emergency and asked them to give me a note with the phone# on it and to call them right away. The phone# does not accept calls when you call the number.
