Medicare PDP RX third party performing a prescription drug survey For Blue Cross Blue Shield Rx Insurance subscription drug insurance program. They do not give you reason other then they call themselves out as "clinical pharmasist" as an individual calling. Reason for call is not fully explained. And, they give you a deadline of 14 days to respond to a return phone call # to set up a phone appointment to discuss your personal intake of prescribed drug therapy from your doctor's.

Received a call from 281)982-2459 telling me to call this 888 number same as the first comment said abou a case number a***nst me a proceed without my consent. Both of these number have very high search rate. Most likely a scam..

Sylvia from processing, no company name, different number left for me to call back, the guy on the call back number asked about my back taxes, asking about how much I owed, when I said "none!" He said the reference number to me, then said he would text Sylvia and have her call me right back,,, never got that call back, go figure.
