This number was used on February 4-5, 2018 by Es*** Property Trust Employee, Jack E. Meredith. Es*** Has offices in San Mateo California and Seattle Washington. This Seattle number was used to harass tenants at The Dylan Apartments in West Hollywood. In an effort to constructively evict them from Apartment 632 for reporting mold, he called on SuperBowl Sunday and after hours the following day (Monday) despite evidence of pre-existing damage reported by Leasing, Agent Meghan Ducharm on the initial inspection report and by the tenant via the Maintenance Portal within 3 days of possession.
