another "call center" calling on behalf of other companies i've done business with in the past. the message was the same from my credit card to this one for car warranty. "we've tried to reach you, you'll lose out if you don't take this call". so fo course, to make sure nothing is wrong, you take the call only to find they are trying to sell so****ing. this "call center" marketing idea is bs and just another way around do not call.
