I received a similar letter with no company name or address, saying they have finally received my records and asking me to call 800-949-7816 and to give them a five digit file number in my letter. It is a bill collection agency which is trying to track down the current valid addresses and phone numbers of people who owe money to others (credit card companies, banks, etc.). When you call an 800 number from any phone, they can see and record the calling number (your number), regardless if you have your phone number blocked. If you call the number and give the "file" number, then they know you received the letter which confirms the address they have for you. If you are curious and want to call back the company, only do it from a pay phone and DO NOT give you file number but c****e a few digits.
