I have no idea why these people are calling me. I do not answer random 800 calls to my cell which is an unlisted number. They do not leave messages so I****umed they were spammers until I saw other comments.

This is a collection agency. I got my first calls from them today. They called every number on my cell phone family plan. How did they get this kind of info??? I blocked their number so hopefully I won't have to deal with them a***n. It's extremely stressful getting these calls!

This is pure **** harassment! And should be illegal for a business to harass someone by calling their phone 27 times in a single day! I don't care if u owe someone money or not that does not give u the right to harass them. If I borrowed money from Jane Doe and didn't receive payment right away and s****ed calling her 27 times in a single day I would be in hot water for harassment. I just think it's ridiculous to have to put up with calls ESP when ur not the actual responsible party they are looking for .
(800) 622-0484

Chase Receivables is NOT Chase Bank! They are a collection agency in California. Do not let let them imply they represent the bank.
(800) 622-0484
I get calls from Chase Receivables every day trying to collect on an old Verizon account. I have told them it's the wrong number but they call anyway. I do not know how they got my new cell number.

If you aren't the person being called, and your name isn't being removed from their solicitation/phone call list: A good place to file a complaint is with the Federal Communications Commission. The rules they govern are stricter. I believe it is complaint # 1088 FCC doesn't mess with complaints; and my complaints in the past have usually been investigated!!! There are laws to protect Consumers from these ****s. #1, they technically do not have any authority. They usually purchase charged off bills, from other creditors for pennies on the dollar. #2, because the bill is with an original creditor, and not the Collection Agency, you are NOT obligated to these ****s. They will try to convince you that you are. #3 the only way you become obligated to these agencies, is 1) if a new contract/agreement is done in writing, and you sign - but you are NOT obligated to; and 2) is if you make payment arrangements with them; thereby creating a contract/agreement, where none exist, when they first contact you!!!The "Law of Novation" states that when a new owner of an account or an alleged debt, a New Contract must be written and signed by All parties, for a Contract/Agreement to be in place, with a different Creditor. Collection Agencies are known for violating Federal Consumer Protection Laws; and they are allowed to, because those uneducated in those laws, keep allowing them to.If the American people, became educated in these Consumer Protection Laws, Collection Agencies would have to close their doors, due not not receiving any money, when customers are sent bills, or collection demand letters. After 3 months of daily messages on our ma****e from this company, I finally had enough and called them back. They were asking for my husband's EX-WIFE! We've been married over 11 years and have had no communication with that witch. If they call me a***n, they will be reported to the FCC for violations of the privacy acts and harassment.YOU GOT THAT CHASE RECEIVABLES?
(800) 622-0484
I also keep getting a call from this "company". We are very su****ous that it may be someone "phishing" for personal information. The lady that I spoke with also answered Chase Receivables and was not very happy when I would not answer some of her questions. I then called Chase to see if I could find out if it was legitimate. They only told me that they are investigating several frauds and could not even check if it was a valid Chase number or not.

I, too have been getting calls from this number on my landline stating that this is a call for (what sounds like), charles rouse. I just called them and hopfully the calls will stop. It's VERY annoying. Never got calls like this until I got a Net10 cell. Had to have that number c****ed the calls were so numerous. What's going on here??!
(800) 622-0484
Its a collection agency... they buy your credit defaults or are sent your info and they call non-stop...even when you talk to an actual person... I am still getting calls for an account that was up to date and CLOSED over 6yrs ago...
(800) 622-0484
Calls keep coming for the last two years, that is how long ago, that I told them, that I am not the person they are trying to contact... to no avail. Now I just let it ring. Lately, the call come in, even on Sunday..enough! The AG of Texas has a consumer action line, it is time to fight back. Hopefully, the caller will send a prepaid envelope. I shall attach it to a brick and send it back to them, The postage due should be a surprise. I don't think that they have a known ***her.

This ****** company is calling my 87 yr. old Mother at all hrs. of the day. She is running to get the phone as she believes it is from relatives that will worry about her if she doesn't answer. I am sooo sick of these calls and will call Monday, Consumer Protection - Lisa Catagnus at 888-495-8352 as she helped me the last round w/ a group of nitwits called NCO - another group of radicals trying to extort money not owed by an elderly person. If she ends up hurting herself, I will SUE!!! Where do these people come from - a **** or ****eship?

Appears to be a collection company -- I have been receiving callsfor this guy from various collection companies for the pastthree years. Must have been the previous "owner" of my number.
(800) 622-0484
I have been receiving calls from this phone number forever it seems. The only message that gets left is that this is a very important call. No explanation of what the problem is or what the call is about. Can I get this caller blocked?

I have been receiving calls from this phone number for over 1 1/2 years. The only message that gets left is that this is a very important call for Jason Walker. Can I get this caller blocked?

This company kept calling my twelve year old daughter's cell phone and bouncing to our home number. They finally called when I was at the house and I can confirm that this is a collection agency. In our case, someone fraudulently gave my daughter's cell number as their own. When I first answered they asked to speak to someone I'd never heard of. When I asked them why they were calling the cell phone of a 12 year old child they apologized and ***g up. They have not tried to contact her since.
(800) 622-0484
rec'd 24 calls from this number and I have no idea who or what they want - I wish they would stop calling!
(800) 622-0484
This number has been showinng up on my cellphone several times within the past week, and no message is left on the voicemail. When I return called this number, it is answered as "Chase Receivables." When I asked the female operator what this business was, she said that it is a collection company from Chase Bank, which I've never had any dealings with. As I was calling from an unavailable number, she asked if I wanted to give my number to have it removed, I declined, until I find out more information about the validity of this number and company.
