If you Don't want to receive any calls just go online and block the num with your phone provider. It's as simple as that!
(800) 568-0156
It's a scam! They want an account # because they can't match the account with the phone # they are calling ! What s up with that ?
(800) 568-0156
They are calling me multiple times a day about my mother's Lowes account. My mother passed away just about a month ago and her funds have been frozen. I am not sure how they got my number but I am going to find a way to stop them. It is just plain disgusting that they call and remind me about my mom 4 times a day.
(800) 568-0156
Really nice. They are calling me about my mother's account so somehow they have my number. My mother passed away just about a month ago and her funds were frozen to pay so it is just lovely that they bring this up to me multiple times a day. Love it, great company!

They call constantly. We are Lowe's customers but don't have a Lowe's credit card. Why do they call day and night and never leave a message? The one time I answered, some guy said something I could not understand and then said he had a wrong number. Caller ID says Credit Services.
(800) 568-0156
asking for someone thats not even at this number.
(800) 568-0156
Tired of these calls. They start 8:00 am go til 10:30pm. Thought there were certain hours they could call?? Do not have anything overdue or del..
(800) 568-0156
They call 4 times a day and have been told not to call anymore and continue to call.
(800) 568-0156
Caller ID comes up '800SERVICES' .. no message left. That was a waste of time wasn't it? I'm not gonna answer a call that's not properly identified, or that's someone I don't know. Leave a message. And by message, I don't mean 'please call 1-800-IMSTUPID' today to discuss a business matter. Thanks for the info, since they never identify themselves.

If you have a Lowes Credit card, they are not in violation for calling you. GE Money Bank issues the cards for Lowe's Credit Cards. FYI The collection agency GE Money Bank uses is Genpact LLC, which is likely who is calling you. The address you can send a letter to shown in this post is: Genpact Services LLC P.O. Box 1969 Southgate MI 46195-0969. However even original creditors and collection agencies are not to call you before 8 am or after 9 pm. They are not to call you on weekends, but they do anyway. Heres the letter I send Certified mail. If the calls continue, after you receive the green card back, confirming receipt of letter you can sue them for $1,000.00 each violation!!! Certified Mail#: XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX To Address City, State, Zip code date RE: Account # Amount Dear : Your representatives have been trying to contact me, however, I only do business of this nature via mail. Therefore, I am requesting again that you cease and desist from calling me. Please remove the phone numbers XXX-XXX-XXXX and XXX XXX XXXX. The calls constitute harassment at this point, which is causing a major disruption in both my business and personal life as well as being an invasion of my privacy, which I will not tolerate. If you continue to contact me, I may file a complaint with the Attorney General. The Telephone Consumer Protection Act of 1991, which branched from United States Code Title 47 sect 227, implemented a do-not-call list from solicitors, which mandates a solicitor to abate phone calls to customers who have requested in writing to cease all phone communication. Please comply with federal law or a complaint will be filed. If you have any questions, please contact me at the below mailing location. Sincerely, _________________________________ Your name address City, State, Zip I hope this is helpful to someone. You can't just ask them to stop calling verbally - it has to be in writing to be considered "put on notice!"Print out this letter above, keep it by your fax if you have one.FAX this letter to them several times a day and tie up their phone lines for a change.

They call me 100 times a day. Finally after checking this site I called them back and it was Lowes collection agency. I think they are legit they didn't ask me for any personal info. They acutally asked me if I lived a certain addy I said no and they said sorry and they are taking my number off of that account. So maybe they are legit and changed the way they handle things.

If you aren't the person being called, and your name isn't being removed from their solicitation/phone call list: A good place to file a complaint is with the Federal Communications Commission. I've been getting calls from this number all week. I finally called it and a recording wanted me to automatically put in my acct. info. I pressed "0" and a foreigner answered telling me I was overdue and if i wanted to avoid late charges i needed to pay over the phone $37.15. They sound real convincing. However, I knew i was not dilinquent and told them i was reporting them to the federal policing agency who handles scammers. They hung up on e at that time. Please never give your credit info to anyone calling you. I have had a Lowe's card for a decade and the times I have been late no one has ever called me so I knew it had to be a hoax.
