Continued to receive almost every day, calls from this number for a Jonathin Wright.  This time I put them on hold and finally someone answered.  I said yes I was Jonathin Wright and they tried to collect a bill owing from Toyota.  When they knew I was not Mr. Wright they ***g up.  They are presistant and anoying.  They will not identify themselves.

i love how this company has their employees go post pleasant responses online. these people are rude and inconsiderate. there are business hours for a reason. and they talk about being courteous how about don't call at 7AM on a sunday. or maybe use my name and tell me who YOU are. i have never received any written form of communication from them and until i do- you're not getting anything from me.

I just wrote a comment but I wanted to add on that they are a real agency. I contacted my local Gold's Gym just to be sure that this is the agency that they use for debts and they confirmed that it was.

There are situations when we tend to forget about our past dues unintentionally especially at old age. I really didn't understand what was going on when I first got the message from this number, however when called back they explained about my past due account which would have definitely not help my credit ratings.

I have had bad experience with collection agencies but the call I got from this number has totally c****e my perspective about it. I found them to be very polite and feel they really call to help us out of our situation. I say good job!

Even if we are in a situation where paying back may not be an immediate possibility; it is our m**** obligation as debtors to call them back and give them explanation. I have had experience in the past and not all collectors are as bad, there are many who understands and ready to help.

After getting in touch with a lot of agents I finally got hold of a lady who was very professional and helpful enough in understanding and giving me time to take care of my debt account. I must admit that I did had few bad experience but eventually there was someone who apologize and took care of my problem.

When i called back don't know if it was my luck but i happen to speak with a very nice gentleman. He offered me a payment arrangement as well which is suitable as per my current financial situation. Thank You!

I have been getting calls from this number since some time now and I must say that the caller has been polite enough even while leaving messages on my voicemail. We must understand that these people are helping us and should not label them as offenders. Infact the caller has helped me to resolve on my credit situation by offering me partial payment agreement which would help me sort out my credit score.We should understand that if debtors like us have not paid for the dues which we owe; these guys are just doing their job.

They have been leaving mostly nasty messages as mentioned by many others.  One person, Lenora A***ham leaves a nice message.  They were looking for my daughter.  When my daughter called, she was told that her car warranty was about to expire and that she needed to rectify it immediately.  Since she bought the car 8 months ago with a 3 year manufacturer warranty plus an extended warranty, she knew they were lying.  They were very demanding and insistent, but she stood her ground until they ***g up on her.  Now they are calling a***n.

My cell phone number is extremely private (I only use it for emergencies) and yet I keep receiving a phone call every morning from this number. How or why they would want to talk to me is a complete mystery. Please make them stop.

I've been dead for almost a year now, and they keep calling my son-in-laws house phone. It's not mine, but they continue harassing them!

for weeks I am receiving calls from an automated voice it will not say who it is calling and who the company is,I refuse to call and I am now going to contact the FCC, my attorney general and the fed. do not call  because I am on the DO NOT CALL list.

I received a number of calls from 800-392-4029.  This number is operated by First Credit Services, One Woodbridge, Woodbridge, NJ.  Once I established this fact, I sent the company a cease and desist letter.  I also, have been calling the company at 800-606-7066.My demand is the company stop calling me and to provide validation of the debt it****erts I owe.  I am still waiting for a reply.  If upon receipt of my certified letter, the company fails to stop calling me, I am prepared to file a legal claim a***nst it.

Yes I get this constantly, very rude person.  AND very threatening.  Someone needs to stop them, or tell us who they are........so we can pursue putting an end to it.

i keep receiving messages from this phone number 800-392-4029.  if i answer, it's a recorded message . . . a strong brooklyn type accent stating they have been trying to get a hold of me for some time now and it is imperitive that i call them back.i called back and remain on hold for over 15 minutes.  i don't know who they are or what they want.  they never identify themselves or why they are calling.  it's annoying, disruptive and intrusive.

I received at least 3 of these calls. The automated caller did not identify himself or the company that he represented. I tried to contact the company using the number 1 800-392-4029 but the company was not identified by the voice mail system, either. I ***g up when I was placed in the queue.

Caller left threatening messages.  Claimed to be debt collecting agency.  Contacted Federal Trade Commission and State Attorney General's office.  Do not call them back if they call you.
