Robotic voice telling me they would disconnect power for non-payment. Impossible, actually, as bill is paid, plus the governement just decided that no one's power could be shut off due to Coronavirus.

It's someone claiming to be National Grid. They were demanding I paid on time when I have no bills. I just turned 18 and they kept telling me I was late on a $300 payment. They told me my electricity would be shut off in an hour, I waited that hour and guess what? Nothing happened.

No message. If it really is National Grid, I am not a customer of theirs.
(800) 322-3223
Identified himself as from National Grid. Called my business and said we had missed two payments and provided a number to call their "billing office" or else electricity would be turned off in an hour. Of course when I pointed out we don't use National Grid, he quickly ended the call

Caller said he was from National Grid and and that they had sent us a disconnect notice for non-payment. Our bill has always been paid current up-to-date. Had received current bill day before call verifying same.

it's national Grid, I have spoken with them once about a past due about which note, I gave them 300 last month and now they want another 279 when the bill is really 160.00. They call me 5 times a day from 7am - 9pm. I am unemployed can't afford what's there damanding, and they aren't nice at all, not to mention, I have a 3 year old. They need to fix the rule about 12months and younger not getting shut off, if you have a child under the age of 14 then they shouldn't be aloud to shut you off. When will they hire american speaking people too. ??? How can I report them for harrasment???

This is the customer service line for National Grid Electric. Either they are calling regarding a past due bill, or for general customer service issues.

Just called this number from a land line and it came up as national grid.I never go more than 30 days past due with them, but i think they are probably preparing for a cold cold winter of "no shut offs" and higher utility prices. They should call the politicians as much.
